Yarnfield Park is a dedicated conference and training centre with full residential facilities,  located in the Staffordshire countryside between Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent. With spacious and well-equipped presentation rooms, space to relax indoors andoutside, a newly refurbished licensed bar, Costa coffee and top quality catering, the venue offers a high standard of conference experience. (And for those who want it, the wi-fi is second to none.)

The venue has both the AIM and Compliant Venues accreditations.  AIM is the industry recognised  mark of excellence for conference venues, which demonstrates that a venue is fit for purpose and operates as a decent and ethical organisation. Compliant Venues is a healthcare industries accreditation, which provides a "transparent and detailed metric together with comprehensive sector training to accredit venues as being appropriate for and knowledgeable about meetings for healthcare professionals" (from  the accreditation website), giving further assurance that this is an appropriate setting for a professional conference.

Finally, we (Crossbow) have used Yarnfield Park ourselves for in-house team building, and were really impressed by the staff and the facilities.

All presentations, including the keynotes, are delivered with the rooms arranged in a cabaret style setup, allowing for easier note-taking, opportunity for discussion and interaction, and a more informal atmosphere.

The Knighton Suite (Left),  comfortable, light and spacious, and equipped with excellent AV facilities, is where the keynotes will be held.

As a dedicated conference centre, the catering team deliver a huge range of events each year from small private lunches for 10 people through to awards dinners for 600. The key defining factor throughout is attention to detail, something for which the team at Yarnfield Park excels, and which reflects our own values as your conference hosts.

By Road

Junction 14 on the M6 is the closest motorway juntion to Yarnfield Park. If you are travelling by car there is free parking available at the venue.
